Upgrading from Windows 11 Home to Professional? |

1. Go to Start Screen, click Settings
|

|
2. Click on Update and Security. Click on Activation.
|
||
|
3. Click on Change product key. For Windows 10 Home, enter this upgrade key: NRG8B-VKK3Q-CXVCJ-9G2XF-6Q84J or VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T. Click next, and then follow the steps. This key will not be used to activate your Windows Operating System, rather get you to Windows 10 Professional. For Windows 11 Home, enter this upgrade key: NRG8B-VKK3Q-CXVCJ-9G2XF-6Q84J

4. Once your computer upgrades to Windows 11 Professional, open up the Start Screen and select Settings. |
||
|
5. Click on Update and Security. Click on Activation.
|
||
|
6. Insert the Product Activation Key from your ESS Downloads email and the upgrade will be complete once activated.

Upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Professional still not working? Try this alternate resolution. |
||
|
1. Open Admin Command Prompt
|
||
|
2. Type in the command below and hit enter. You will receive a message the product key has been installed successfully. |
||
|
3. Restart the system. |
||
|
4. Go to Start Screen, click Settings. Click on Update and Security. Click on Activation. Click Change Product Key. |
||
|
5. Enter the assigned Product Activation Key above and click Activate. |
||
|
6. This will change the OS to Windows 10 Pro and activate the system.
