Microsoft 365 Copilot and Cowork enablement
Use Copilot for the moment. Delegate the mission to Cowork.
ESS helps your organization prepare Microsoft 365, information, identity, use cases, controls, people, support, and usage economics so AI can move from isolated prompts to governed work with visible human checkpoints.
Plan and execute work across Microsoft 365, show progress, and pause when review or approval is required.
Connect the emails, meetings, chats, files, people, and business context each user is already allowed to access.
Start with the work
Move beyond licenses and isolated prompts.
The strongest Copilot programs connect business outcomes to trusted information, role-specific scenarios, clear authority, adoption support, and measurable operation.
Prepare the foundation
Review identity, sharing, information hygiene, policy, licensing, support ownership, and the Microsoft 365 environment before broad rollout.
Request a readiness conversationDesign the right work
Separate a conversational assist, a delegated Cowork mission, a deterministic workflow, and a purpose-built agent based on risk, repetition, integration, and outcome.
View the delivery pathOperate with control
Define approved context, action boundaries, review points, budgets, support, measurement, and ongoing optimization before usage scales.
Plan a controlled pilotOne mission, visible work
Turn a business request into a plan, work products, and an approval point.
Cowork can work across Microsoft 365 services, keep the steps visible, accept steering during the session, and ask before sensitive actions such as sending, posting, or scheduling.
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. ESS helps define where people review, validate, approve, or stop the work.

What is the difference between Copilot, Cowork, and Work IQ?
Copilot supports in-the-moment assistance across chat and Microsoft 365 apps. Cowork carries out visible multi-step tasks across Microsoft 365. Work IQ is the workplace intelligence layer that grounds Copilot experiences in permitted work data and context.
Can Cowork send messages or schedule meetings on a user's behalf?
Cowork can perform Microsoft 365 actions within the user's permissions. Microsoft documents approval prompts for sensitive actions such as sending email, posting to Teams, and scheduling meetings. Organizations should still define their own approved scenarios, review expectations, and operating boundaries.
Does Work IQ bypass existing Microsoft 365 permissions?
No. Work IQ and Copilot experiences are designed to work with the user's existing permissions and organizational controls. Information hygiene, oversharing, identity, and policy still matter, which is why readiness work comes first.
Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses and separate usage controls?
Licensing, product availability, and usage-based services can vary by capability, tenant, geography, agreement, and Microsoft program. ESS validates the current requirements and usage model for your intended scenarios before recommending a rollout.
Why work with Enterprise Software Solutions?
