Standard Enterprise or LTSC?
Windows 11 Enterprise is sold in two flavors, both with Software Assurance. The product on this page is the standard Windows 11 Enterprise + SA; if your devices are fixed-function (medical, industrial, kiosks, ATMs), Windows 11 Enterprise 2024 LTSC + SA may be the right fit instead.

How licensing works
Microsoft licenses Windows Enterprise exclusively through volume-licensing programs, and every seat must include Software Assurance. ESS sells single seats from our Open NL inventory at $319.99 each. Microsoft requires a minimum of 5 seats to start a new agreement. If you already have an active volume-licensing agreement, ESS can add seats at any quantity — message us before checkout and we'll attach the order to your enrollment.
Delivery and activation
Expected delivery: 5–7 business days.
Volume licenses (Open NL, Open Value, MPSA) go through Microsoft's order-processing pipeline before they're released. We send your activation keys by email the moment Microsoft confirms the order — typically 5–7 business days after checkout. This is Microsoft's processing time, not ours.
Your email will include your MAK or KMS activation keys plus setup instructions. If you'd rather have the license delivered to your Microsoft Admin Center, provide your onmicrosoft.com domain at checkout and we'll route it there directly.
Need it faster? ESS retail SKUs (Windows 11 Pro, Office Home & Business, etc.) deliver in 1–2 hours because they ship straight from our inventory. Volume licensing — like the seat on this page — has to go through Microsoft, which is why the timing is different.
Frequently asked questions
Why is there a 5-seat minimum?
Microsoft requires at least 5 seats to start a new Open / Open Value / MPSA / EA agreement. Existing volume-licensing customers can add seats at any quantity — just message us before checkout.
What does "+ Software Assurance" include?
Free version upgrades during your SA term, planning services, training vouchers, Home Use Program for employees, 24×7 problem-resolution support, and step-up rights. Microsoft requires SA on every Enterprise seat.
Standard Enterprise vs LTSC — which do I need?
If you're licensing regular knowledge-worker PCs, you want standard Enterprise. LTSC is purpose-built for fixed-function devices that should never change (medical, industrial, kiosks). When in doubt, choose standard.
How long does delivery take?
Expect 5–7 business days from order to license delivery. Microsoft processes Open Value / volume orders on their side before we can release the keys; we email them as soon as Microsoft confirms. Retail products on this site (e.g. Windows 11 Pro) deliver much faster — typically 1–2 hours — because those ship from our own inventory rather than going through volume-licensing channels.
How is the license delivered?
By email — your MAK or KMS keys plus setup instructions. For Microsoft Admin Center delivery, share your onmicrosoft.com domain at checkout.
Is this a genuine Microsoft license?
Yes. ESS is a Microsoft Solutions Partner. Every seat is genuine and activatable directly with Microsoft.
What's your refund policy?
If a license fails to activate or doesn't match what was advertised, we'll replace or refund within 30 days. Once a volume-license key has been activated, refunds are limited per Microsoft's policies.
