Please follow the steps below to download and activate your MS Office 365 subscription.  

NOTE: MICROSOFT 365 ONLY WORKS WITH WINDOWS 10/11 OR THE LATEST ANDROID/iOS/OSX 

Here is the login information for your M365: 

 

  1. Please go admin.microsoft.com 

  1. Log in using these credentials:  

  1.  

Administrator UserName:  

 

Initial Password:  

 

 

 

  1. After you login, you can simply click on “products” by navigating the left menu of the screen.   

  1. Once you go there, click on the product, and then click on the “download and install” button: 

  1. If you already have office on your PC, it will overwrite it.  

  1. When you open word or Excel you will be able to go under file à account and see your account name as your name.  

 

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE A PREVIOUS VERSION OF OFFICE – PLEASE COMPLETELY UNINSTALL IT AND THEN RE-DOWNLOAD IT FROM YOUR NEW OFFICE ACCOUNT FOR IT TO RECOGNIZE ACTIVATION 

This subscription is valid for 1 year. We will send you a reminder before your renewal date and you can simply reply tot that email if you need to change or renew your subscription.

Here is all the info you need to completely install, activate and deploy M365 Apps for business in your tenant.

SUPER ADMIN CREDENTIALS: (ONLY FOR YOUR USE – NOT EMPLOYEE USE) 

Here is the login information for your M365:

  1. Please go admin.microsoft.com

  1. Log in using these credentials:  

Pass: HARDTOGUESS1234! 

 

When you log in – it will tell you to setup different ways to authenticate the account – such as email/Ph # - please go ahead and enter your info. In case there’s ever a suspicious login attempt, Microsoft will contact you using either means.  

Once you log in, simply click on the users tab (shown in the pic) on the left side tab:  

 

  1. Then select active users, and then add a user. That’s where you go to add and remove licenses as you go (details for the user below) 

 

  1. Next step would be assigning the licenses to the users:, where you just select either box and go the next step of finishing and confirming the info provided.  

 

 

SIGN IN FOR USERS:  

  1. Go to www.office.com 

  1. Click Sign in option at the top right of the window  

 

  1. The user will login using the credentials they created after the received the welcome email (which will be triggered by you creating  a user in the admin portal).  

  1. Once logged in, they will see the apps on the left pane, where the left arrow is pointing. The top pain will go away since you would’ve assigned them a license.
